Let's Chat
After you submit the form, let's schedule our free discovery call, where we’ll get to know you better and put your dream wedding into reality. Whether over the phone, via Zoom, or in person if you’re in the Cincinnati area, we’ll dive into your vision and preferences. This is your wedding and can be as customizable as your budget allows. For those with a hectic schedule, I’m happy to send personalized video messages, so you can review details at your convenience. Upon completion, I will send over our booking agreement for you to sign and provide a link to pay the design fee.

After we receive your signed booking agreement and design fee, we’ll get to work on creating your personalized wedding proposal. You’ll have unlimited revisions because I’m committed to ensuring every detail exceeds your expectations. Your proposal will be a true reflection of your vision, and we’ll work together until it’s absolutely perfect.

Review the resort's wedding contract
Once you approve the proposal, I’ll reach out to the suppliers to secure an official quote that fits your booking preferences. Whether you prefer the security of contracting rooms or the hassle-free experience of using my contract-free booking options, I’ve got you covered. You’ll then have the opportunity to review the resort’s wedding contract in detail, ensuring everything meets your expectations before you proceed with signing.

Seal the deal
Once we secure the property, we’ll introduce you to the resort’s wedding coordinator or team. From there, we’ll work together as a united team—alongside the property’s wedding coordinator, you, and your wedding planner—to ensure your big day exceeds everything you’ve ever dreamed of. With our collective expertise, your wedding will be as seamless and spectacular as you’ve envisioned.
Encouraging your guests to book in our room block benefits you as some properties offer upgraded amenities to the wedding package if a certain number of rooms or room nights are secured within the group booking.
