How to book with My Trip Collection
Booking through My Trip Collection is simple, convenient, and secure. Your first custom quote is complimentary, giving you an opportunity to explore a curated option for your trip. If you would like to review additional options or revisions, a non-refundable planning retainer will be required before further research and proposals are provided. Planning and confirming your travel arrangements is seamless, and your personal information is always kept safe. Best of all, you’re never navigating your vacation alone—if anything comes up before or during your trip, we’re here to handle it for you every step of the way.

Request a Quote
Complete one of our booking request forms, where you can provide all the details for your trip. The more descriptive you are, the better we can tailor the experience to meet your expectations. This is your chance to share your vision, so feel free to include everything you'd like for your upcoming vacation.

Once you finalize your vacation option, you’ll complete our travel registration form, which allows us to lock in your price for the following day. In most cases, we can hold the booking as long as we have your information on file.

You’ll then receive a secure payment link to process your deposit or full payment. Our system uses SSL encryption, the same technology banks use to protect sensitive data. Your credit card information is safeguarded by Auric, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider, which encrypts all payment information using secure tokens. We remove your card details immediately after each payment is authorized, ensuring your data is always protected.

Once we receive your payment, you're all set! We will send you your VIP Itinerary, which holds all of your travel information and links in one place. For your convenience, you can also download our Itineraries App, powered by TravelJoy, to allow for offline viewing of your trip details. From the time you make your first payment, we will stay in constant contact with you, providing payment reminders and any travel-related updates.
After you complete your booking request form, we will prepare your complimentary initial proposal with a curated vacation option tailored to your trip. Once it’s ready, you’ll have the option to schedule a call to review the details together or request a personalized video walkthrough where we explain the highlights of your vacation and what makes the option a great fit.

Some clients prefer to quickly select the option and proceed to booking, while others appreciate taking a few minutes to review everything together before making their decision.
